Flavour Thesaurus in Books of the Year

 In Book News

Some nice recent mentions of The Flavour Thesaurus. Kate Winslet “heartily recommends” it in her Harper’s Bazaar guide to December. Tony Turnbull in The Times called it one of the two standout food books of the year. The Observer Food Monthly picked it as one of the 25 best cookbooks of 2010 (“A forensic yet fun exploration of food combinations and why they work”). It’s one of Pip McCormac’s best foodie books of the year in The Sunday Times Style Christmas Gift Guide. And Nigel Slater chose it as his book of the year in the Observer New Review: “It has intrigued, inspired, amused and occasionally infuriated me all year, and will for years to come.”
